As Darkside falls can our heroes stay heroes?

Delirium (Revelers Series #6 by Erin Kellison

This is a copy given for review.

In this installment of the Revelers Series, Ms. Kellison takes us deeper into the Darkside for longer periods we’ve been before. Can we retain our grip on what’s a dream and what’s not? Can our heroes? Can our heroes stay steady and true to their character?

As the Oneiros start the take over, what had started in the Dream world is moving quickly to the Waking world. Allison Bright, Director of Chimera, create a new department with Marshall Harlen Fawkes heading it, Darkside Division, to keep watch of the Nightmares and their activities.

James Dugan, a follower of Didier Lambert and an Oneiros, start the take over by killing Director Bright when he can’t find Harlen. But Bright crushes his throat before she goes down, so he won’t dream and be a sacrifice to the Sandman.

Upon hearing of the death of Director Bright, Sera grabs Harlen’s parents and heads to where Jordan and Rook are staying.

As they venture into the Darkwaters that evening the Nightmares make their move bring down the Blackmarket Reves, sending the Revelers scattering into the Scrape.

A very fast read as the action pulls you from one scene to the next almost forcibly. Loved this story, five stars. Cannot wait for the next book.

About lyssareviews

I am a single, pagan female who loves the written word. I am doing reviews on books to feed my reading habit. I will post those reviews here. I also love movies, TV shows, and laughing with my friends. I love to cochet, and am starting to spin my own yarn. Boy, do I think there very fun stories in that! So they might show up here. Also I have two cats and a small dog. Valkyrie, Miss Dottie and Sir Luck the Pup.... their stories may also sneak in here from time to time, to stay tuned.
